Let’s Talk About Nutrition & Enjoying Cookies Without Guilt
Cookies get a bad rap, but food is about balance, enjoyment, and nourishment—not guilt.
🥄 There’s no such thing as “bad” food. A cookie is just a cookie. One (or six) won’t ruin your health.
🥄 Food isn’t just about nutrients—it’s also about joy. Enjoying a warm cookie with a cup of tea or sharing one with a friend is part of what makes food meaningful.
🥄 Deprivation leads to more cravings. Giving yourself permission to eat and truly enjoy a cookie makes it easier to have a balanced relationship with food.
These cookies have real ingredients—butter, cocoa, chocolate, and eggs. They provide energy, satisfaction, and enjoyment. And that’s enough reason to eat them without guilt.
