Mixed Berry Chia Seed Jam
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries hulled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup, honey, or your sweetener of choice
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
- Add the berries and sweetener to a small saucepan over medium heat.
